Produced by distillation of best dreg of pressed grapes of Dolcetto vine of Calamandrana hills.

Technique of distillation:
In ancient copper stills, using “bain-marie” system.
Ageing:
In steel tanks.
Colour:
Clear, crystalline.
Fragrance:
Frank, very refined with berries scents.
Taste:
Dry but caressing, harmonious, with a light liquorice aftertaste.
Alcoholic strength:
42° degrees.
Tasting temperature:
16°C.
Recommended glass:
Small tulip.
General impressions:
A “character” spirit in full tuning with the wine the distilled dregs of pressed grapes come from. The richness of its typical fragrances and blends permit, in special situations, to appreciate its unique characteristics even to lower temperatures than the recommended ones.

Clear, transparent, crystalline.
Fragrance:
Persistent, refined with light vine-shoot scents.
Taste:
Soft, hot, harmonious.
Alcoholic strength:
42° degrees.
Tasting temperature:
16°C.
Recommended glass:
Small tulip.
General impressions:
Structured spirit, where the strong flavour of dregs of pressed grapes is exalted by the technique of distillation. Of big harmony it is excellent to finish meal.

Colour:
Clear, transparent, crystalline.
Fragrance:
Persistent, refined, with the typical fragrance of the original vine, light vine shoot scent.
Taste:
Soft, hot, harmonious.
Alcoholic strength:
42° degrees.
Tasting Temperature:
18°C.
Recommended glass:
Small tulip.
General impressions:
Big harmony and softness. The marked flavour of dregs is exalted by the ancient technique of distillation, typical of this zone.
